We offer Fast and Secure Shipping on EVERY order – WORLDWIDE. It’s really that simple. However, if you simply can’t wait for your order, or you prefer the re-assurance of tracking it until it reaches you, we have different options available to you.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
We will accept payment via paypal.
Please know that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. If you do cancel an order you must contact us via email: email@example.com before it is shipped. We will email you a cancellation notice if the product has not been shipped. Only then will the cancellation be in effect.
88Radio.com sells brand new working item to our customer, Products are not sold for evaluation., You may return most new, unopenned items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. A Return Authorization must be issued before returning any merchandise. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Product must be in original carton, unassembled and unused. Returns cannot be made after a product has been assembled. Custom orders are non-returnable. Returns can not be made after 14 days of the date delivered. The following rules apply to the refunds:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. The items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping cost, either direction, are not refundable.
- The item must be in new, unused condition and must includes all included accessories, packaging, manuals to qualify for a full refund
- No refunds on item missing the package barcode
- No refunds on physical damage to any product purchased from 88radio.com
- 88 Radio does not offer refund on shipping, packaging, and handling fees.
- 88 Radio does not pay the return shipping cost for defective item. All proudct are subject to the manufacturer warranty. All units are packaged at the factory and we do not open individual packages. We will be happy to assit any customer if there is a problem dealing with the factory repair center
- You are responsible for the all return shipping & handling costs.
- All units are well tested before send it to you. The factory warranty does not cover RF damage, such as blown finals. This type of damge is caused by improper use. Proper operation and installation of the equipment is your responsibility. Radio problemes are often in the antenna system or mic.
- Returned items are subject to inspection and approval. If the condition of the returned item is not as sent an additional fee may be charged. If an item is DOA we must receive a request for return within 48 hours of delivery.
- 88radio.com will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). If you receive a defective item, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery and we will make arrangement for return. For international orders, the purchaser is responsible for the return postage of such items.
- You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
